Meet Our Management
Tom constantino
president & founder
Tom started EPR in 1999 after 10 years in sales and management in the electrostatic industry. EPR started as a 1 man operation and has grown to be the largest electrostatic painting company in the USA, with 6 locations in 5 states. The key to the company’s success is the relationships built with employees, clients, and vendors, while delivering real value in the services we provide.
Tom - “My interests are family first, spending time with my wife of over 30 years and our 3 awesome children. After family; racquetball, golf, fishing, hunting and of course, working with the best people in the industry takes up the rest of my time. I consider myself lucky and work hard along with the entire EPR family to earn the good fortune we all enjoy every day.”

Tommy constantino- branch manager
epr atlanta, ga
Tommy has been able to start his EPR career from the very bottom (pouring waste paint in a 55 gallon drum on his first day) to earning the branch manager position in Atlanta. He loves the business and being able to pull knowledge from the other branch managers and even his old man. Over the past 20+ years, Tommy has enjoyed building unparalleled connections with his customers, finding new applications for EPR's service and constantly keeping up with the ever-changing industry.
In his personal life, he was a drummer in a rock band for many years but has officially put away his cool card and enjoys eating dinner at a reasonable hour. Tommy spends his free time with his two young boys, dirt bike riding, bowling, and golfing. He also works out such that he is allowed to be a weekly patron of Dunkin Donuts.

brad barnhill - branch manager
EPR indianapolis, IN & CHICAGO, IL
Brad Started in the Electrostatic painting field in 1990 as he worked his way through college. He joined EPR in the opening of the Indianapolis office in August of 2005. Brad lives in Avon, In with his wife Laren and their combined seven children.
Brad defines the word fanatic as he enjoys just about any type of sporting event. He’s an avid supporter of his hometown Colts, Pacer and the NTT Indy Car Series. Between co-managing the EPR office and shuttling kids to their different after school activities, he doesn’t have much free time. But with what he does have, Brad enjoys woodworking, home remodeling, and rehabbing wrecked vehicles.
